● Your friends or family must not be already registered under Ashik Homes Limited

● Referral fee will be $5,000, flat rate paid to you for any property purchased within 6 months of the friends or familybeing registered.

● After your friends or family has been registered, Ashik Homes will show the property, write the agreement & do all necessary work to settle the property.

● You do not need to do anything and will get your referral fee once the property is settled through Ashik Homes lawyers trust account.

● Ashik Home will update you with progress of your family or friends until they have purchased a property or until your 6 month contract is finished.

● Your referral agreement will automatically gets renewed for another 6 month if we have not sold anything to your family or friends.

● Your referral fee is only valid for a one-time purchase.
